Welcome to Menu Plan Monday, hosted as always by the Organizing Junkie, Laura! Visit her blog to see dozens upon dozens of other bloggers posting their menus for the week!

Public school is out for Monday and Tuesday and I have one sick kid -- so this week's menu is going to be fairly simple.

MONDAY:

D - Fish sandwiches and curly oven fries, green beans

TUESDAY:
BF - Cereal w/ skim milk
L - Chicken noodle soup, broccoli, carrots, and dip
D - Tacos w/ Spanish rice, corn on the cob

WEDNESDAY:
BF - Waffles and milk, strawberries
L - Grilled cheese, banana
D - Chicken and veggie stir fry, sesame chicken rice-a-roni

THURSDAY:
BF - Scrambled eggs and turkey bacon
L - Mac n cheese, strawberries
D - Mom's house

FRIDAY:
BF - Cereal w/ skim milk
L - Ham and cheese sandwich, carrots and dip
D - Full Bellies, Happy Kids' Pork Chops and Potatoes

SATURDAY:
BF - Eggs, turkey bacon, potatoes o'brien
L - Salad roll ups (Take lettuce, olives, diced or shredded cheese, turkey, mix together w/ vinaigrette or other dressing and roll up in tortilla) apple slices

Have a very blessed week!
