Menu Plan Monday: Another Late Entry!
Hi everybody! It's about 7:30 on Monday night and you know what I realized? I don't have an adequate menu plan in place for the week! You know what that spurred me on to realize? MENU PLAN MONDAY at www.orgjunkie.com - duh! And what was the outcome? I spent 37 dollars on pizza for dinner for the five of us because I hadn't planned ahead! That'll teach me, eh?
I have a lot of chicken in the freezer so there will be a lot of chicken dishes this week!
All links will be at the end of this post because once again, I am using the Mac Book and the option for inserting a link isn't here and I am computer illiterate!
Monday: World's most expensive pizza (ugh - never again)
Tuesday: Garlic Chicken drumsticks, basmati rice, corn on the cob, salad (I will have fish instead of chicken)
Wednesday: Mom's house
Thursday: Sticky chicken*, roasted vegetables and potatoes*, spinach salad
Friday: Steak fajita wrap*, mexicorn, salad
Saturday: Mom's house
Sunday: Sandra's honey mustard chicken pasta*! Yum!
